Our autism assessments are comprehensive, neuro-affirming, and tailored to each individual. We use a variety of tools and techniques to gather a comprehensive picture of strengths, differences, and support needs. Our process includes interviews, observations, and standardised assessments, collaboration with others involved, with the aim to understand the individual's social interaction, communication skills, and behaviour patterns. 

Approximate cost - $3460 (includes a Cognitive assessment which may not always be required) 

 Cognitive assessments are designed to evaluate general intellectual abilities, including, problem-solving skills, attention, and processing speed. These assessments are beneficial for understanding a child’s cognitive strengths and differences, guiding educational planning, and identifying potential cognitive difficulties or exceptionalities. 

Approximate cost - $2000

Our ADHD assessments include interviews, standardised assessments, neuropsychological testing and information from educational, other and home settings. We undertake ADHD assessment for children 6 years and above. 

Approximate cost - $2280 

 Learning assessments delve into the specific processes underlying learning and academic performance. These evaluations are essential for identifying learning disorders in reading (dyslexia), writing (dysgraphia), and math (dyscalculia). At times it may be recommended to see other professionals such as a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to assist in understanding contributing factors impacting on learning. Suitable for 7 years +

 Approximate cost - $2700
 

 We are trained in the use of the Griffiths III developmental assessment for children up to 6 years. A developmental assessment may be recommended if there are concerns about a young child’s ability to meet expected developmental milestones and perform everyday tasks. Developmental assessment may help to identify your child’s strengths and challenges in a range of developmental domains. We often use the Griffiths - III as part of our autism assessment process for children under 6 years.
